You loved this so much at the beginning of the year, so we couldn’t take it away from you. Dry-aged rump and fries for an absolute steal of $25. On the plate? An 8oz slab of all-natural, protein-packed beef, cooked over charcoal for that supreme char and juiciness, paired with customer favorite, beef-fat fries.

From seaside towns to cities, it’s the UK’s favorite takeout.  We make ours with succulent East Coast hake set within crisp, golden batter. Served with proper ‘chip shop’ accompaniments: tartare sauce, curry sauce, mushy peas, and a wally (large, pickled gherkin). With malt vinegar for shaking.

The comfort dish of comfort dishes. Our new cottage pie is full of slow-cooked beef in a rich red wine gravy, topped with seriously buttery mash – then crowned with roasted bone marrow.

A 1950s British classic, given the Hawksmoor treatment. Charcoal-grilled chicken (marinated 24 hours), with almonds, raisins, a lime pickle-yogurt dressing, and a Bombay Mix for the crunch.
